Service Description

The Pilates reformer is a piece of a equipment with a spring loaded carriage. It takes all the aspects of matwork exercises to the next level as you are able to increase the resistance of the spring load, making your body work harder.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that patients give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations of a 1:1 appointment so that the appointment may be available for another patient. For late cancellations a full fee will be charged. Missed classes cannot be refunded but where possible an alternative class can be offered/ taken when informed of non attendance in advance.
